AIGator provides probabilistic writing analysis and general information. It does not prove authorship, misconduct, or the truth or quality of a text.
AI detection is not proof
AIGator estimates whether text contains patterns that may be associated with AI-generated or AI-assisted writing. The result is an analytical signal, not a factual determination of who wrote the text.
- Human-written text can be flagged as AI-like.
- AI-generated or AI-assisted text can appear human-like and remain undetected.
- Short, translated, technical, formulaic, highly edited, or non-native writing may be especially difficult to assess.
- Results may change when models, prompts, calibration methods, or the submitted text change.
- Highlighted passages explain model signals; they do not identify definitive proof of AI authorship.
Do not use results as the sole basis for important decisions
Do not use an AIGator result as the sole basis for accusing a person, imposing a penalty, rejecting an application, assigning a grade, terminating employment, or making another decision that could materially affect someone.
Appropriate review may include discussing the work with the author, examining drafts and version history, checking sources, considering the assignment or workplace process, and using qualified human judgment.

AIGator content, scores, prompts, articles, and responses are provided for general informational and productivity purposes. They are not legal, educational, employment, admissions, medical, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
Prompt and generated-content responsibility
Prompts and AI-assisted outputs may contain mistakes, omissions, bias, unsuitable wording, or material that requires permission, attribution, fact-checking, or specialist review. You are responsible for evaluating and lawfully using any prompt or resulting content.

AIGator may display advertising, sponsorships, or affiliate links. Where required, commercial relationships will be identified. Advertising does not change the detector’s stated limitations and should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee.
