Purchases of AIGator paid subscriptions and prepaid credit packs are made through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds, statutory withdrawals, and subscription cancellations are handled under Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. AIGator does not impose separate refund eligibility rules.
1. Paddle handles AIGator purchases
AIGator is operated by Roth Media GmbH, Lorrainestrasse 19, 3013 Bern, Switzerland. Paddle acts as the seller and merchant of record for AIGator paid transactions and handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts, subscription billing, refunds, and payment disputes.
2. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refund eligibility for AIGator purchases follows Paddle’s Refund Policy. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Paddle may issue discretionary refunds in accordance with its policy, including for requests submitted within the period stated there. Submitting a request does not itself guarantee a refund.
Any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, refund, or other mandatory consumer rights that apply to your transaction are also governed by Paddle’s Refund Policy, Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable law. Country-specific rules may apply.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, use the support or billing link provided in your Paddle receipt or customer portal, or visit Paddle Buyer Support and choose the refund option. Paddle determines refund eligibility and processes approved refunds.
If you need help with an AIGator product or access issue before contacting Paddle, you can use our Contact page. AIGator does not send refunds directly outside Paddle.
4. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel an AIGator subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or the Manage billing action in your AIGator account where available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges. If you also want to request a refund or exercise a withdrawal right, follow the process in section 3 above.
5. What happens after a refund
If Paddle issues a refund, access to the paid product, subscription entitlement, or prepaid credits associated with the refunded transaction will cease or be reversed as needed to reflect that refund.
6. Paddle policies
The current rules for refunds and withdrawals are published by Paddle. Please review Paddle’s Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms. If Paddle updates those policies, the version applicable to your transaction governs as described by Paddle.
7. Contact
For refund requests, use Paddle Buyer Support. For AIGator product questions, contact us through the Contact page or at [email protected].
